Description

The  Senior Finance Reporting Manager plays a hands on role in enabling the organisation to achieve its objectives through effective leadership and management of the organisations finances. Providing sound financial and commercial advice to the Senior Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in this organisation.

Duties include:

• Take full ownership of the delivery of the Group's consolidated month end results including detailed analysis and commentaries

• Adhering to half year and full year statutory reporting obligations for the group

• Feeding back results on analysis back to the wider operational business and ensuring the continuing improvement and value of the business

• Identifying areas of potential risk, under-performance, improvement and other opportunity and work with other areas of business to mitigate or promote these

• Ensuring financial governance systems are fit for purpose and monitoring framework adherence and delivery

• Be the main point of contact for all Financial Reporting queries and  play an active role in continuous improvement projects across the group

• You are CA/CPA qualified, and have compiled an impressive track record and reputation as a high achiever and be a proven leader of teams.

• You have highly developed technical accounting skills and commercial acumen, along with proven experience managing complex and high level stakeholder relationships.

• You a dual skill set of Financial Reporting, FP+A as well financial Controllership 

• You will have the confidence and credibility to engage effectively and build relationships with senior executives and operational stakeholders.
