Join this accounting firm based in Central Coast, where you will work alongside the partners to provide advice to clients whilst also working with a team of 3-5 staff. Key responsibilities
  • Work with Managers and Partners and guide a team of 2 juniors and 1-2 Intermediates.
  • Provide client advice and be involved in the client engagement process through partaking in client meetings.
  • Oversee tasks including board report packs, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and succession planning.
  • Work on a variety of tax matters for complex client groups as well as complete tax returns and financial statements.
  • Help a diverse range of local clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Review work and organise workflows for your team.
 
Skills and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within an Australian public practice firm.
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
  • Near completion or complete CA/CPA qualification.
  • Be technically adept with accounting standards.
  • Be able to develop relationships with team members and clients.
  • The ability to work independently.
