Client Details

The business is a market leader in its sector manufacturing and delivering a range of products to the retailers as well as exporting to the USA. Enjoying double digit growth annually the business requires a Quality Supervisor at their purpose built manufacturing site.

Description

The role holder will be responsible for mentoring a team of QA and QC officers on site as well as controlling systems usage within the manufacturing plant. You will

-Lead verification activities related to HACCP, HACCP Pre Requisite Programs, GMP, GFSI and Customer standards.

-Conduct internal audits (GMP & HACCP) working closely with production managers & production supervisors to ensure Quality & Food Safety parameters are always maintained during manufacturing

-Verify all monitoring activities conducted by QC and QA teams.

Profile

You are a proven Quality professional with several years experience within the food manufacturing space. You hold a depth of knowledge regarding GMP/ HACCP Internal audits along with a sound understanding of food manufacturing code. You have a passion for ensuring food products are made to the highest possible standard along with expertise in systems and procedures.
