Property Lease Administrator
6 month Contract


We are seeking an experienced Property Lease Administrator to support a large national property portfolio. This role focuses on lease data accuracy, payment management and stakeholder support across a high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and audit lease data across internal systems

  • Review lease terms and ensure compliance with obligations

  • Manage rental payments, invoice processing and reconciliations

  • Respond to landlord and stakeholder enquiries professionally and promptly

  • Maintain lease documentation and reporting

  • Support lease renewals, amendments and portfolio reviews

About You
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in lease administration (lessee-side preferred)

  • Experience managing large, complex property portfolios

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work at pace

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office

Desirable
  • Experience with SAP RE / REFX

  • Property, real estate or finance background
