Property Development Lawyer
4+ years pqe

Our client is a pre-eminent, independent Australia law firm with offices located nationally.  They are repeatedly recognised as a leading legal service provider in the Chambers Asia Pacific and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific legal directories, and many of their partners and special counsel are recognised as leaders in their areas of law.

Our client is looking for a Property Development Lawyer to join their team.  You will have at least 4 years pqe and be passionate, engaged and committed.  You will be someone who thrives in a vibrant and dynamic team environment.  You will have a strong property development and transactional background.  You will ideally have worked across a broad range of property matters, including mixed use, residential (built form and vacant land) and industrial off the plan developments and significant sales and acquisitions.

You will have a keen interest in developing client relationships and be driven to provide outstanding client service.  You will have a strong understanding of property development and take a commercial approach to issues.  You will demonstrate the ability to provide outstanding service to clients and work within a team environment.  You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are looking to join a friendly, social and collaborative team. 

The Real Estate and Development team has a strong pipeline of broad and interesting property development work across a range of clients.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Partners and other members of the team.  You will have considerable client contact and mentor junior lawyers.  You will receive outstanding mentoring across all aspects of your professional development including marketing and business development, practice and client growth and business acumen.
