Key Responsibilities
- Guide and manage a team of 2-4 Seniors and Intermediates.
- Provide advice to diverse clients from a mix of industries.
- Complete various tax matters for different client groups.
- Host face to face meetings with clients.
- Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
- Review work and organise workflows for your team.
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience within Australian public practice.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Experience in all aspects of ATO compliance including Div 7 A, FBT, Trusts, Partnerships, SMSF.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to confidently face clients.
- Experience with using MYOB AE, Infinity Corporate Compliance, Class, Xero is required.
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
