This is a permanent, full time position. The team are wonderful, they are all mates and have worked together for a long time. This is a newly created role to support a restructure they have had internally. You couldn't get a better business and team to work for!

Profile
This would suit someone who has lead a team and looking for a bigger, broader challenge. They are a reasonably sized team, although stable. You will be hands on so end to end payroll processing is pivotal to this role. Project based work such as implementation and process improvements is also a big plus.
Preceda experience is also important as they would like someone to hit the ground running!
Job Offer
In return, you will receive between $120k - $140k + Super - potentially more!
This is an office based role really - they offer flexibility BUT they have a great culture and vibe, this is something they would like you to be an addition to. Work from home flexibility is an option.
They are based in the centre of the CBD with all public transport links close by.

- End to end processing using Preceda and kronos
- New system implementation
- All deductions - super, tax, third party etc
- Team leadership - hands on Management
- Checking all payroll.
- Coordinating stakeholder management and engagement
- Project based work
