Night Shift Production Supervisor

•      Production Shift Manager running Night Shift- Sunday PM through Friday AM

•      Take control of the weekday nights production team of 20 staff

•      22:00- 06:00 Shift, Sunday night through Friday morning, FMCG experience required

Client Details

The client is a food manufacturing business near Hurstville running several lines over a busy night shift. The busines requires a Production Shift Manager for the night shift. You will be in charge of several lines and circa 20 staff.

Description 

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will hold control of the night shift. On shift you will be responsible for circa 10-20 staff and 2-3 large lines. Your focus will be on output, safety and producing right first time to retailer standards. You will be expected to engage in CI and waste reduction projects when youre not on the shop floor with your operators and supervisors. Working hours are 22:00- 06:00 Sunday evening through Monday morning.

Profile

You are an experienced Production/ Shift Manager/ Supervisor from within food/beverage/ pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will be able to evidence running an automated line and small team and be able to evidence an understanding of CI and Lean Manufacturing. You will be flexible on shift work and excited about working for a famous food manufacturing brand.
