Job description

A leading manufacturing family-owned business with over a 20-year proven track record is recruiting for a forward forward-thinking hands-on NetSuite Administrator or Internal systems development person with a working history in a manufacturing business to strengthen their accuracy and streamline their business systems and processes.
This is a crucial role for the right individual who will be our in-house Netsuite ERP expert, responsible for both day-to-day business support, whilst defining and delivering our longer term Netsuite roadmap and strategy. You’ll be managing our external developers to ensure the system is match fit for the business both now and in the future.  
Main tasks and core objectives include:

  • Understand & manage NetSuite process end-to-end to ensure best practices are adopted by users for
Quoting>Sales Orders>Work Orders>Purchases>Fulfilment>Invoices
  • Become the NetSuite system owner for the business, proactively managing the platform to ensure optimal efficiency and accurate data.  
  • Manage support requests from the business, developing and conducting training for staff to enhance their understanding. 
  • Take the lead on all NetSuite development, managing our external partners to ensure delivery of new features and functionality in a controlled and systematic way. 
  • Contributing to continuous system improvement by proactively reviewing and implementing process and reporting improvements
  • Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards for various departments and management to provide insights and support decision-making

Skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or a similar role. 
  • NetSuite ERP system super user understands ERP Modules including CRM, CPQ, Inventory and Order Management, Supply Chain, WMS, WIP and Routings (manufacturing,) BOM’s, Work orders and Assemblies
  • Systems integration experience strongly desired 
  • Proficiency in data management and a keen eye for data accuracy and integrity 
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes desired

  • Strong communication skills - analytical, written and verbal.
