You will have experience across both traditional marketing as well as social and digital engagement. Having either worked in agency or had significant experience briefing and managing agency relationships will be highly beneficial for the role.

Description
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and external marketing agency, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational marketing activities, from brief development through to implementation and review.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing touch points.
- Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives including social media content, paid social acquisition, and email marketing (eDMs).
- Provide support for outbound marketing initiatives, including direct calls and lead engagement.
- Track marketing budget and time lines, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and data that inform marketing strategy and customer communications.
- Support outbound calling and hands on lead generation
