Our client is an established, successful and growing law firm, looking for an exceptional Legal Secretary to join their collaborative, supportive and vibrant team. Your previous Banking and Finance experience will be highly regarded, as will your can do attitude.
Core Responsibilities:
Must haves:
Billing experience.
Reporting experience is favourable, otherwise someone that is willing to upskill.
A candidate that can manage working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge around court documentation and briefs.
Good people management skills.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive assistance to a team of Lawyers.
- Preparation of monthly invoices and billing documents.
- Compiling briefs and drafting court documents.
- Screen phone calls for the Commercial Litigation team.
- Maintenance of client files.
- Liaising with clients, diary management.
- Adhoc general administration tasks.
Must haves:
- Demonstrated experience supporting a busy Finance & Banking legal team.
- Billing experience.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Experience using PEXA or Aderant systems is highly desired.
- Must be organised with a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
