The role:
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and supporting teams with the smooth and efficient operation of legal processes.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence, including emails, memoranda and letters
- Managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements and general administration
- Assisting with monthly billing processes and maintaining electronic file management systems
The ideal candidate:
This role will be best suited to an individual who performs well in a professional environment, demonstrates strong organisational capabilities and communicates effectively with a range of stakeholders, in addition to:
- Previous experience with document management and billing or time-recording systems
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency across Microsoft applications
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to positively contribute to a supportive and cooperative team culture.
- A constructive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
- Well-developed organisational skills, including effective file and document management, and the initiative to anticipate needs
