This is a newly created, hands-on HR Generalist role designed to support the firm’s ongoing growth and strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with senior leaders, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver people initiatives that support business performance and cultural alignment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the execution of core HR functions—such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives—while also leading continuous improvement in HR operations.
Key Focus Areas:
- Delivering core HR programs (onboarding, remuneration reviews, performance cycle)
- Providing day-to-day support and strategic HR advice to the business
- Leading improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and effectiveness
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, providing support on organisational design, employee relations, performance management and capability development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Support workforce planning, succession, and talent strategies aligned to the firm’s growth plans.
- Partner with internal learning teams to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to culture-building efforts.
- Review and improve HR processes and systems to support a scaling workforce.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies; deliver training as needed.
- Use HR analytics to track performance and report on strategic initiatives.
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are highly desirable.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a business partner or generalist capacity, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and leading through change.
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR data analysis tools.
