position will play a key role to manage and report financials.
This includes responsibility for the preparation, analysis and distribution of financial data and reports to the management team. This role will have the opportunity to work with all different business groups.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst role is a varied permanent role in the business partnering team, tasked in driving financial performance within critical business units and projects. Primarily, the Finance Analyst will build strong finance business partnerships, deliver in-depth business and financial analysis, and present data driven insights and recommendations.
The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Identifying efficiencies in processes and systems across the business.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting (monthly, annual), cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and cost control.
• Analysis and interpretation of financial information, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Business partnering with senior management and providing decision support through robust financial analysis and reporting.
• Ad-hoc improvement to finance processes, systems, and reporting.
Skills & Experience
This is a great long term career move for a part-qualified finance professional (CA, CPA), ideally bringing 3-5 years of experience gained across finance, accounting, or cost/project analyst roles.
