Client Details

You don't go much higher up the food chain when it comes to the epitome of luxury than our client. Having opened a new flagship store making their offering accessible to us all they are reaching new heights and new clientele at a rapid pace. They are currently offering the opportunity for an events manager to join them, the events will be wide and varied from large launch style events, industry specific events with high net worth individuals and all manner of businesses to small more intimate events in store. Approx 3 or 4 a month to keep you constantly at the forefront of engaging with their market.

Description 

• To create, manage and execute Events & PR against the events, PR and promotional calendar for all  brands.
• Pursue new event, PR and branded opportunities within the related industry to build brand presence and engagement.
• Build brand reputation and create lead generation at all events; at all stakeholder levels.
• Provide the directors, marketing department and greater businesses with best-in-class events and partnership programs.
• To ensure sell through of brand and product attributes at Events and deliver key messaging and marketing components in accordance with all brand guidelines.
• Support the marketing department on marketing, PR and campaign objects and ensure all events are delivered on agreed time and budgets.

Profile

• Exceptional verbal, written communication, briefing and presentation skills.
• Dynamic, self-motivated problem solver and proactive approach to project and team management.
• Ability to set and deliver event timelines and budgets demonstrating successful outcomes.
• Strategic minded and strong skills in reporting outcomes including advanced Excel skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of the business, whilst maintaining best-in-class event production.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end event production and management, raising the bar on current events.
