Employment Lawyer
2-4 years PQE

You will be involved in exciting and stimulating work, where your input will make a difference.

They are seeking an Associate to join their Sydney employment team.  The work will involve:

  • Workplace relations (including discrimination, wrongful dismissal, general protection etc);

  • Fair Work Commission Claims;

  • Breach of contract/restraints of trade issues;

  • Discrimination/Harassment claims

  • Work Health and Safety prosecutions; and

  • Commercial litigation.

Their clients include global and national insurers, ASX listed companies, private companies and C Suite executives/individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience, with solid employment law exposure and general litigation;

  • Knowledge and understanding of employment law, work health and safety and commercial litigation;

  • Experience and knowledge of the Fair Work Commission, State and Federal Courts;

  • Ability to manage own time, excellent organisations skills and attention to detail;

  • High level of professionalism and integrity, displaying the highest standard of professional ethics.
