About the Role
We’re seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join a dynamic and high-performing team in Mascot. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders from healthcare professionals to patients.
You’ll manage the full order lifecycle with professionalism, empathy, precision and helping to ensure life-changing medical products get to where they’re needed, when they’re needed.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries from customers, sales reps, clinicians, and patients.
  • Accurately processing orders — including consignment, loan kits, returns, and free-of-charge deliveries.
  • Following up on deliveries and proactively resolving issues related to stock availability, pricing, invoicing, or disputes.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reports in line with internal audit and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring all actions comply with quality systems, financial controls, and company policies.
  • Actively contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Representing the brand’s values in every interaction.
About You
  • Experience in a customer service, order management, or customer care role — ideally in a healthcare or regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys helping others and solving problems.
  • Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a bonus.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong sense of integrity.
