  • Customer Service Representative | Leading Medical Device Company
  • Hybrid after initial on-site training
  • $75,000 – $78,000 + Super + 5% Bonus + Health Insurance (Total Package ~ $90K)
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you a proactive and personable customer service professional looking to join a collaborative team in a thriving corporate environment?

We are currently recruiting two Customer Service Representatives for a globally recognised medical device company that puts quality, care, and people at the heart of what they do.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers, doctors, patients, and internal teams by managing inbound and outbound service-related interactions. You’ll be part of a high-performing team handling around 1000 calls per month, and your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a variety of customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders, credits, returns, deliveries, and inventory requests
  • Support with consignment orders, loan kits, and sales rep requests
  • Investigate and resolve billing or product-related issues
  • Accurately maintain customer and product data in systems (SAP/Salesforce)
  • Generate and analyse basic reports
  • Uphold quality and compliance standards in all communications
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in a corporate customer service or contact centre role | Non-negotiable
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and SAP ideal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with reporting tools like Tableau is a bonus
  • A team player mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
