About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join a high-performing team based in Mascot. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by managing orders, enquiries, and issue resolution with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of enquiries from customers, sales reps, doctors, and patients via phone and email.
- Accurately process customer orders including consignment, loan kits, free-of-charge deliveries, and returns.
- Follow up on orders and deliveries, and resolve queries around product availability, pricing, invoicing, and disputes.
- Generate and maintain reports and documentation in line with quality and audit standards.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, quality systems, and financial controls.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Uphold the company's values in every customer interaction.
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer care environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Confident in understanding and responding to customer needs.
- Comfortable using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who brings positivity, resilience, and integrity to the workplace.
