- Opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join an established national law firm and be led by a commerical property leader

The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Conveyancer to join a small team and have the opportunity to work on some exciting work across both residential and commerical transactions. Your role will include:
- Managing South Australian residential conveyancing files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Preparation of residential land sale contracts and Form 1 Vendor’s Statements.
- Preparing a variety of South Australian land registry forms and registration of lease documents.
- Preparing stamp duty submissions where manual assessments are required
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client queries, and offering guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Building and maintaining strong client/referral relationships.

The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in conveyancing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Proficient in relevant conveyancing legislation
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
