We're seeking a dedicated Communications Manager / Comms & Change Lead to drive our strategic marketing plans, ensuring successful product adoption, and collaborating across teams to meet our business goals.

 

Role Highlights:



The Comms & Change Lead will support and co-ordinate development of processes to support teams, maintenance of the knowledge repositories, and maintenance of the guides and templates where required.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Senior managers as Secretariat
• Schedule and coordinate regular communications from Dropbox
• Coordinate, develop and support the creation of presentation packs, including for exec presentation
• Drive efficiencies by standardising, simplifying or automating, practices or processes
• Raise and escalate issues including bottlenecks or Continuous improvement opportunities as appropriate.
• Support of the Governance checks and the related analysis and reporting of these.
• Coordinate and contribute to the periodic compilation and review of key governance KPI reports.
• Day-to-day management of the repository.
• Supporting the production of reports as required.
