The CFO is seeking a new Commercial Finance Manager with a strong understanding of production and cost management to improve operational efficiency. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the manufacturing process and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and managing product costing to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborating with production teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Conducting financial analysis and reporting on production costs and variances
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce waste
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations
  • Monitoring and controlling operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Evaluating financial performance and providing insights for strategic decision-making
  • Managing month-end close activities related to production finance
  • Reviewing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts related to manufacturing
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated and hardworking Commercial Finance Manager with experience in the manufacturing or food industry. The successful candidate will have:

  • A CA/CPA qualification
  • Experience in a product-based organization, ideally within the manufacturing or food industry
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Finance or similar role
  • A strong understanding of production processes and cost management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills 

Job Offer
