Our client, a reputable retail company currently expanding their client support team has an amazing opportunity available Client Support Representatives.  Your exceptional communication skills coupled with your can do attitute will be highly regarded. 

More about the role:
  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms.
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding their product deliveries.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team around delivery times and stock availability.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports.
  • General administratoin as required.
  • Enjoy their employee focused performance rewards and recognition program.
  • Have fun with your serious about socials team.
  • Convenient location close to the metro.
Their ideal candidate:
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills.
  • Min. 1 year call centre - preferably gained within Retail or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Able to work on a afternoon shift roster -including weekends.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Zendesk platform navigation experience will be highly regarded.
  • Sydney based.
  • Permanent role in modern office
  • Citizen or PR status.
