Change Lead

We are working with a well known health-care provider who are embarking on a large digital transformation across their entire operations. This is a Greenfields environment with the opportunity to get into a large program of work at the beginning which will assist with shaping the pathway ahead. The Digital Transformation program is far reaching and complex with the adoption of new technologies and systems across their entire operations including the implementation of new systems, processes and people change led initiatives.  This role is critical to the journey ahead and is responsible for leading change projects focused across the core ERP ecosystem, from design to transition, predominantly within Finance and Procurement.

This is not your everyday Change Lead role and would require someone with large scale transformation experience who is agile in their thinking and able to work with ambiguity.

This role is offered with a maximum salary of $140k + Super + salary packaging and other benefits.
