Responsibilities

Offer comprehensive support in advising clients on multifaceted energy law matters, encompassing regulatory compliance, project development, financing, acquisitions, and dispute resolution.
Adeptly draft legal documentation and provide strategic counsel on intricate energy-related concerns planning renewable energy projects, oil and gas transactions and mining agreements.
Contribute to negotiation processes and drafting of various contracts and agreements.

Requirements

2-5 years of post admission experience with most of this experience on energy related matters.
Good drafting and transactional experience
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
