A leading energy renewables company is seeking a senior legal counsel to join their legal team. They have a portfolio consisting of renewable energy assets including solar, wind, battery storage and green hydrogen and ammonia. With dedicated teams across the US, UK, Japan, Spain, India and Australia, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business.




Description 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing reviewing,and negotiation a diverse range of contracts.
• Drafting contracts and correspondence with a meticulous and commercial approach
• Assisting with the development of a range of projects across, solar, wind farms, battery and ammonia
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

Profile:

• Ideally between 5-10 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm or In-House organisation 
• Experience of project development within the engineering/construction sector 
• Previous experience with land/lease agreements will be viewed favourably 
• General commercial experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with a strong attention to detail
