Senior Business Analyst

Newly created role working on an important program of work in the healthcare industry.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be working within the PMO on a new digital transformation program. There are several projects in flight across applications, infrastructure, cyber security and ERP. 

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements to ensure effective collaboration and support the implementation of the overall program and subsequent projects.
 
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and able to influence senior stakeholders.  
 
Responsibilities:

Map, analyse and evaluate business processes and documentation to identify any impacts and make change recommendations to business owners
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify business objectives, and resolve any conflicts or ambiguities.
Work closely with the project team to ensure the proposed solutions are correctly documented and align with business needs.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive working relationships with both internal and external parties.

Skills and experience:

Proven experience in a similar role with at least 5 years commercial experience within Business Analysis. 
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Sound problem solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot problems effectively to assist in the achievement of organisational goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies would be an advantage.
