Description 

The RTO Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the following:
  • Coordinate collection and repository of compliance evidence, processes, and documentation across multiple teams.
  • Conduct review and analysis identifying non compliances and risks in practice and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for all quality and compliance activities as instructed by the RTO Compliance Lead.
  • Identify and report any non-compliances and risks associated with RTO compliance to RTO Compliance Lead.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary changes and enhancements as directed by RTO Compliance Lead.
  • Maintain and communicate a register of RTO compliance requirements.
  • Support and deliver on RTO compliance requirements as instructed by the RTO Compliance Lead.
  • Assists the RTO Compliance Lead in maintaining compliance with the VET Quality Framework (VQF), including the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.
  • Assist RTO Compliance Lead with compliance updates, reviewing and maintaining of policies, procedures, and other essential documents.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Assists in the implementation of the RTO's Compliance Framework.
  • Monitor data entry and documentation in our Student Management System to maintain data integrity and quality.
  • Participate in reviews and quality checks as instructed.
  • Support the development and provision of reports and general information.
  • Support and maintain a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Other duties as required.


Profile

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Previous experience working in a compliance or quality assurance role in an RTO environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of VET regulations, VET Quality Framework (VQF) and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of training packaging requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring of compliance programs and activities to mitigate risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of audit and compliance processes in the VET sector.
  • Good technical skills with Student Management Systems (experience in using JobReady highly regarded)
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Independent research skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
