Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Implementation Lead to join a dynamic project team.

Our client is currently in full project mode, moving through the design stage of rolling out SuccessFactors, and they need a seasoned expert to oversee the recruitment solution implementation with a strong commercial focus.

You will manage the project with a business lens, ensuring the right actions are happening at the right time. This role is key to ensuring the seamless integration and execution of the SuccessFactors Recruitment and On-boarding modules.

As the Recruitment Implementation Lead, you will be the driving force behind the project, engaging with key stakeholders, overseeing the relationship with project partners and managing project time-lines.

You'll lead a high-performing team, providing the top cover support they need to get the job done efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial recruiter with SAP SuccessFactors experience to lead a critical phase of the project and guide a talented team to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Project: Take charge of the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment and On-boarding modules, ensuring seamless integration with core HR and Payroll systems.
  • Commercial & Business Lens: View the project through a commercial and business perspective, ensuring that the right actions are taken at the right time to align with organisational goals.
  • Steer the Ship: Oversee project time-lines, coordinating with project partners including Discovery (SAP) and Spinifex Strato (SAP bolt-on for contracts).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead strong, strategic stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process. Build strong credibility in both recruitment and system implementation.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Lead and provide top cover support for a talented team, including SAP Business Analysts, a Change Analyst, and a seconded Recruitment Partner, to ensure they can successfully execute their roles.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, business requirements, and work instructions.
  • Workshop Leadership: Prepare for and lead workshops with stakeholders to facilitate change management and process improvements.
  • Process Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of recruitment processes with the core HR and Payroll modules.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve issues during both the implementation phase and post go-live.
  • Training Support: Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials to optimise the adoption of new recruitment and on-boarding processes.
  • Process Optimisation: Provide recommendations for process updates, improvements, and new feature additions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Lead or Recruitment Manager, with a strong commercial background in recruitment.
  • Extensive SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, having led recruitment solutions on the client-side.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex project time-lines, manage relationships with external partners, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial focus and experience in looking at projects from a business and operational perspective.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and on-boarding.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and data migration.
  • Experience with UAT and other testing methodologies.
  • Strong credibility and experience in both recruitment and system implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in recruitment or HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors; experience with Workday or Oracle HCM is also highly regarded).
Offer:
  • Our client offer the chance to lead a pivotal project in a forward-thinking organisation.
  • You’ll be part of a highly collaborative and innovative team, driving significant change and implementation within the recruitment space.
  • Competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the organisation’s recruitment processes.
