This nationally recognised infrastructure business is known for delivering high-value, technically complex projects across transport, utilities, and civil construction. With a collaborative and high-performing culture, they are seeking a seasoned Commercial Finance Lead to support a major bidding project on a short-term basis.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in supporting a major infrastructure bid by delivering accurate and strategic financial insights, modelling bid scenarios, and partnering with operational and commercial teams.

Duties

• Build and review financial models to support bid submissions
• Conduct scenario analysis including risk, margin, NPV and ROI
• Support bid costing, pricing strategy, and commercial structuring
• Liaise with project, legal and commercial stakeholders across the bid team
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on financial modelling outputs
• Ensure alignment with internal approval processes and governance

Skills & experience

• CPA or CA qualified
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Proven experience in infrastructure, construction, or major project environments
• Prior exposure to bid/tender support or project finance preferred
