Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a large national business in the recruitment of a Payroll Officer to join heir team on a permanent basis. 

They are a national business based in the Parramatta area with a car parking space and access to all public transport links.

You will be joining a team of 5 Payroll Officers and reporting into the Payroll Manager, who is an unbelievable leader and incredibly knowledgeable.

This is a permanent, full-time position. They allow complete flexibility with 4 days from home and only 1 day a week required in office.

Description 

• Process payroll in a high volume environment.
• Support the Senior Payroll Officers in processing the superannuation and tax deductions.
• Ensuring data integrity.
• Entering new starter information accurately and working with HR to on-board successfully.
• Ensuring compliant with up to date legislation.
• Ad hoc reporting.

This would be a great role for a Payroll Administrator/Officer with minimum 2 years experience looking to move into a larger business to continue their development and career growth.

Profile

Please ensure you have processed HIGH VOLUME payroll before, doesn't need to be end to end.

System experience is not essential but its advantageous to have a large ERP such as SAP, Preceda or Chris21. 

Job Offer

In return you will receive up to $85k + Super depending on experience.

You will be fully trained and supported through your on-going development. Their training and leadership is the best in the game, their Payroll Manager is a true leader and is so intensely passionate about payroll. 

Once up and running efficiently, you will be able to work 4 days from home and 1 day in office. Please ensure you can get to Parramatta at least once a week.
