Client Details

One of the largest infrastructure service providers in Australia, is seeking an experienced front-end construction lawyer to join their legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be involved in the provision of high-quality legal advice and services within their growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing, finalising, and advising on legal documents
Working on both large and complex transactions and projects as well as simple and high volume transactions
Assisting the business develop strategies and solutions
Keeping the business updated on the latest legal and commercial developments
Assisting with claims and managing disputes

Profile

Key Requirements

Ideally 5+ years PQE experience as a solicitor in large corporate legal practice and/or within a major business in house legal team
Thorough knowledge of commercial and construction law
Excellent drafting, communication, and risk assessment skills
Proactive people person who is happy to work as a team as well as autonomously
Passionate about learning and growing with an organisation
