Client Details

Our client is a Major distributor of wholesale dry food products across ANZ.  They on a growth trajectory and have created role for an Export Customer Service Coordinator to join their logistics team.   


Role Description 

You will be responsible for providing outstanding logistics administation support 

• Bulk order entry.
• Booking shipping lines and generating consignment notes. 
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. 
• Maintaining and accurately entering information into databases for analytics purposes.
• General office administration duties & additional duties when required in organising the filing system

Candidate Profile

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Sales order entry experience.
• Computer literacy - Word, Excel, basic online applications
• Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal 
• Effective time management skills  
• Strong attention to detail 
• You are responsible, ethically minded, have a stable work record 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bulk order entry experience is a must have.
• Demonstrated exports customer service experience.
• Experience entering contracts in BSM will be highly regarded. 
• SAP experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent communicator, with strong Customer Service experience and the ability to deal with confidential information
• MS Office experience including good Excel skills
• Australian Citizen or PR
• Happy to work in the office Mon through Friday.
