Description 


● Collaborating closely with the eCommerce Growth Lead to create and oversee the digital marketing strategy for owned channels, such as the website, app, email, SMS, and push notifications.
● Develop and manage the BAU broadcast content planning schedule including developing briefs, setup, testing and publishing 
● Work closely with the creative agency to support the development of assets required for all digital channels
● Identifying target audiences and crafting engaging customer journeys that are designed to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention results.
● Maintaining a best-practice eCommerce website that reflects the key attributes of the business
● Manage technical implementation of CRM campaigns, such as eDM, push notifications, and SMS.
● Develop regular reports and share monthly insights with the wider team to feed into optimisation plans.
● Own all website updates, including landing page creation, and SKU management.
● Collaborating closely with the Product and Data team to achieve shared objectives.

Profile

● Relevant experience in CRM/Digital Marketing
● Understanding of experimentation and testing
● Solid understanding of Ecommerce metrics and analytics data
● Ability to draw insights, make recommendations, and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value
● Strong decision making skills and have the analytical mindset to problem-solve
● Strong time management and attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in content management and promotional execution.
