A newly created opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated employment lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE to join the growing Employment practice of a global firm. This firm is known for providing expert legal services across a wide range of sectors. With a strong presence in Melbourne, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional legal solutions to their clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Drafting employment contracts and advising on workplace policies & executive contracts.
Representing & advising clients from a diverse range of industries, on issues such as unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination law, and occupational health and safety law.
Acting on industrial relations matters & negotiating disputes with trade unions.

Key Requirements:

1-3 years PQE gained with some of this experience gained in a private practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive and proactive attitude.
