Role Overview:
As a Revenue and Receivables Specialist within this organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial transactions and reconciliation activities meet the high standards set by our client. Responsibilities:
- Managing billing and adjustments for designated business streams
- Assisting in the monthly review of client fees
- Processing internal recharges to client accounts on a weekly basis
- Establishing and maintaining clients' payment methods and bank details
- Overseeing various financial transactions, including deposits and contributions
- Handling accruals, billing, receipting, and direct debits
- Identifying and addressing outstanding subsidies with relevant authorities
- Executing scheduled direct debit runs
- Supporting month-end reporting for Revenue and Receivables activities
- Contributing to interim and year-end audit processes
- Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue and Receivables
- Strong technical accounting skills for processing journal entries
- Previous experience in shared service environments with large transaction volumes
- Knowledge of funding and reporting requirements within the education sector
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 plus super
