- Optimize Collections: Enhance cash flow through effective collection strategies and manage delinquent accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Provide insightful reports on credit operations, analyze trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Ensure credit policies are aligned with the broader business goals by working closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit management, ideally within the energy sector or similar industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and complex credit portfolios.
- Expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and compliance with financial regulations.
