Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a critical role in managing and processing all aspects of the company’s accounts receivable operations. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of payments. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounts receivable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to maintain the accuracy and security of financial data.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Manage customer communications and handle queries related to billing and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable and assist in month-end closing procedures.
  • Participate in projects to improve billing processes and implement new financial systems as the company expands.
