Senior Human Resource Adviser
Location Parramatta 
FULL TIME – 3 Month Contract position 

  

Client Description:

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Human Resource Adviser to support the team and coordinate initiatives to deliver effective, innovative and inclusive people management practices.  You will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating initiatives to implement effective, innovative, and inclusive people management practices.


 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business to provide expert advice and support on various Senior HR activities, including workforce planning, development, performance, engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workplace health and safety.
• Develop and support organizational and employee engagement programs, enhancing the employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement initiatives to boost staff and leader effectiveness, achieving agency and individual goals in talent management, performance development, diversity and inclusion, and safety and wellbeing frameworks.
• Create and deliver comprehensive briefs and reports, offering valuable data and insights aligned with agency requirements.
• Ensure seamless implementation of HR systems for staff, managers, and the executive team.
• Prepare project-related documents, including status updates, reports, briefs, and discussion papers, to manage information flow and report on People & Culture initiatives.
• Research and develop best practices to maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting consistent quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of knowledge.
• Staying updated on the dynamic and complex people and culture landscape and strategic workforce framework.
