Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Officer will play a critical role in managing and processing all aspects of the company’s accounts payable operations. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and financial data. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounts payable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to maintain the accuracy and security of financial data.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage vendor communications and handle queries related to payments.
  • Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and assist in month-end closing procedures.
  • Participate in projects to improve payment processes and implement new financial systems as the company expands.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and strong skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
