Client Details
My client is a leading non-bank lender known for its remarkable organic growth, great reputation in the Australian market & for its fantastic culture supporting learning & development, career progression and hybrid WFH flexibility. 
They are seeking a high-calibre Treasury & Securitisation Reporting Analyst to join the Treasury team in this highly analytical role.
This is a great opportunity for a  Treasury Analyst with 2+ years of Treasury & Securitisation experience to gain further depth and breadth of experiences in this end-to-end role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts
  • Monthly Waterfall reporting including pool-cuts and triggers, funding reporting, portfolio parameter reporting and compliance reporting
  • Preparation of monthly Distribution and Reporting as required by funding vehicles 
  • Manage the daily cash position and assess liquidity requirements
  • Covenants and Compliance of borrowing facilities
  • Management of borrowing facilities renewals
  • Cashflow Management
  • Understand, tweak and develop funding models through legal documentation interpretation
  • Analyse and provide insight on funding vehicles, including performance trends and upcoming challenges.
  • Execution of funding activities to ensure new assets are funded efficiently to ensure timely cashflow management.
  • Build and manage key internal stakeholder relationships across Treasury and Finance and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, trustees and rating agencies
  • Process Improvements & Projects
To be successful, you must have:
  • 2+ years experience within Securitisation and Treasury Reporting
  • 2+ years experience with funding vehicles, investor reporting, warehouse management, legal documentation interpretation and cashflow waterfalls, pool cuts and triggers
  • 2+ years experience in data analysis / interpretation / model manipulation / building models
  • Experience within a non-bank lender or a trustee will be highly advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA)
