The Opportunity
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll become the trusted partner to trainers delivering nationally recognised training across Australia. Working closely with a network of trainers and Member organisations, you'll observe training delivery, provide coaching and guidance, support trainer capability and drive consistency across programs. You'll also coordinate quality assurance activities, maintain trainer competence and ensure training continues to meet ASQA Standards and industry expectations.
Success in this role will come from your ability to build rapport, influence without authority and bring people on the journey while maintaining high training standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with trainers and Member organisations across a national network.
- Observe training delivery and provide coaching, guidance and feedback to promote consistent delivery standards.
- Influence and support trainers to ensure programs are delivered in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate trainer on-boarding, credentialing and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain trainer competency records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities, validation processes and internal reviews.
- Monitor training performance, learner feedback and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across training programs and delivery.
- Partner closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure quality assurance activities support broader RTO compliance.

- Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting trainer capability, quality assurance or training governance.
- The confidence to influence, coach and engage trainers to achieve consistent delivery standards.
- Strong organisational, project coordination and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of ASQA Standards and the broader VET regulatory framework.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience within the mental health or crisis support sector.
- Minimum five years' experience within the VET/RTO sector.
- Experience working with trainer networks and supporting trainer capability.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, compliance or training governance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
