Description
As Strategy Performance Analyst, you will support strategic and annual planning, performance reporting, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate planning, reporting and governance activities
• Maintain KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, dashboards and reporting
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Conduct research, benchmarking and environmental scanning
• Prepare reports, insights and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate planning and reporting documentation
• Work with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues and meet deadlines
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and planning processes
This role requires someone proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Profile
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with:
• Experience in strategy, planning, performance, reporting or analysis
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards or Balanced Scorecards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Initiative to identify what needs to be done and take ownership
• Education experience is not mandatory, although experience in education, government, NFP or another complex organisation is beneficial
