About the Role
At the heart of critical infrastructure, our client is leading innovation and change. They are seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor to join a high-performing People & Culture team. This is a key role responsible for delivering trusted HR advice and partnering with leaders to support the achievement of organisational objectives.

You will act as a senior point of contact for complex people matters, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to leaders on employment legislation, policies, and people practices
  • Support and resolve employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and workplace issues
  • Partner with leaders to deliver effective workforce planning, recruitment, and talent initiatives
  • Coach and support managers to build leadership capability and drive high performance
  • Contribute to the delivery of key cyclical programs such as performance and remuneration reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Support the implementation of people strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Analyse and interpret people data to inform decision-making and reporting
About You

You are a proactive and solutions-focused HR professional with a strong generalist background and a passion for delivering high-quality people outcomes.
You will bring:
  • Strong HR Generalist experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar senior HR advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise at all levels
  • Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience contributing to HR projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives
