This is a key role responsible for delivering trusted HR advice and partnering with leaders to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
You will act as a senior point of contact for complex people matters, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to leaders on employment legislation, policies, and people practices
- Support and resolve employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and workplace issues
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective workforce planning, recruitment, and talent initiatives
- Coach and support managers to build leadership capability and drive high performance
- Contribute to the delivery of key cyclical programs such as performance and remuneration reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Support the implementation of people strategies aligned with business priorities
- Analyse and interpret people data to inform decision-making and reporting

You will bring:
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar senior HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise at all levels
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience contributing to HR projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives
