- Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial

Join a leading global organisationan reporting into the General Counsel. As part of the exerienced and motivated legal team you will assist in contributing to the organisation by providing high-quality legal advice across a wide range of corporate.commerical and regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of legal documents
- Delivering sound legal advice across complex corporate and commercial law issues.
- Identifying legal risks and offering practical, solution-oriented recommendations
- Advising on IP matters, cyber and privacy law
- Effectively managing stakeholder relationships across the organisation
- Managing and engaging external legal counsel
Key Requirements:
- Ideally between 8-10 years PQE gained In a reputable private practice firm or In-House organisation
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Exposure to IP and privacy
- The ability to work autonomously and strategically in a high-performing in-house team
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
