About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join a leading Projects, Infrastructure & Construction practice. This role offers exposure to complex, high-quality work across construction, infrastructure, renewable energy and emerging technologies, advising sophisticated clients on major projects of national significance.

The Role

This role is ideal for a front-end projects lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will work across the full lifecycle of major projects, advising on complex transactions and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on sophisticated projects and transactions involving complex legal issues
  • Drafting and negotiating complex, bespoke commercial agreements, including project agreements, construction contracts, and services and supply contracts
  • Advising clients across the full project lifecycle, including project and contract structuring, compliance, planning and commercial negotiation strategy
  • Conducting detailed legal due diligence for major projects
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
  • Contributing to client relationships, practice development and business growth initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years PQE with strong front-end experience in projects, construction, infrastructure and/or energy matters
  • Excellent academic background and strong technical legal capability
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in long-term career development
