Description


The Director, P&C Program Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of People & Culture strategic initiatives through robust program governance, disciplined planning, and cross-functional coordination.


Key activities include:


• Developing and embedding a consistent program management methodology across all P&C initiatives.
• Leading planning and orchestration across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving dependencies to ensure timely, effective outcomes.
• Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders through clear, concise communication, reporting, and decision-making support.
• Championing best practices and fostering collaboration to deliver integrated, enterprise-level solutions.


Profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex HR programs within a corporate enterprise environment ideally Retail, Telco, FMCG.
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, including executive-level communication and influence.
• Expertise in program governance, planning, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• High resilience and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving capability and a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and program management skills.
