We’re partnering with a large, complex organisation to secure an experienced Procurement Business Partner to lead high-impact sourcing and contract activities.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who can operate at both a strategic and delivery level—driving procurement outcomes, leading negotiations, and partnering closely with stakeholders to optimise value.

The Role
You will lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across complex categories, ensuring best practice, compliance, and value for money outcomes. This includes strategy development, market engagement, contract management, and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex procurement and sourcing initiatives from strategy through to execution
• Managing commercial negotiations and high-value supplier engagements
• Providing expert procurement advice to senior stakeholders
• Driving contract management best practice and supplier performance
• Identifying and mitigating commercial, operational, and supply chain risks
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives
• Supporting and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver procurement outcomes

About You

• Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles within complex environments
• Strong background in end-to-end procurement and contract management
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and deliver value-driven outcomes
• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience within government or highly regulated environments is highly regarded
