Client Details
For three decades, this privately owned and much‑loved business has built its reputation on quality, consistency, and genuine appreciation of its loyal customers. As they continue to scale and modernise their high‑volume operations, they’re now seeking a seasoned Procurement and Supplychain professional to assist the Director of Operations. You will come from and FMCG manufacturing back ground and have worked across raw products and materials/commodities procurement as well as supply chain. This critical role sits at the intersection of procurement, supplier management, and inventory control, with a clear mandate to improve margins, reduce cost leakage, and deliver stronger commercial outcomes across the central kitchen. This is a hands on, commercially focused role with direct accountability for performance, it is not an administrative purchasing position. This is a great opportunity to join a respected, and proudly Australian organisation where your impact will be felt every day.

• Improve visibility and reporting of food cost performance and purchase price variance
• Consolidate and manage supplier relationships to improve buying power and reliability
• Ensure suppliers meet agreed standards for quality, pricing, delivery accuracy, and service
• Implement clear processes for stock movement, tracking, and reconciliation
• Deliver tangible improvements in food cost, stock accuracy, and inventory turnover
• Establish commercial discipline and accountability across procurement and inventory functions
