Client:

A rare opportunity has emerged for an experienced People & Culture professional to join a highly regarded group supporting premium operations across Queensland. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role partnering closely with operational leaders across two flagship sites, while also contributing to broader state-wide people initiatives.

Our client is looking for someone who enjoys being embedded in the business; building relationships, coaching leaders, solving problems and driving culture in fast-paced operational environments.

This role will suit a rising star seeking to grow and develop within an established brand. 

About the role:
  • Partner directly with 2 x General Managers and leadership teams across key Queensland properties
  • Support approximately 450 employees across core sites, with broader Queensland exposure across a larger portfolio
  • Lead and support employee relations, performance, engagement, organisational design and leadership capability initiatives
  • Work closely with specialist teams across talent, learning and organisational development
  • Play a key role in maintaining strong culture during periods of growth and change
  • Operate with autonomy while remaining highly connected to day-to-day operations and stakeholder needs
The ideal candidate:
  • A rising star who is ambitious, eager to learn and develop and comfortable in a hands-on operational role
  • Previous HR / People & Culture experience within hospitality, retail, tourism, aviation or other fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong stakeholder management capability with the confidence to influence senior operational leaders
  • Highly approachable, grounded and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys being visible and present within operational teams
  • Ability to travel regularly between Brisbane and the Gold Coast
